Frontline Contracting were engaged by us (Heck Group) to conduct critical mechanical maintenance works at my site (Rocky Point Sugar Mill). FC were mobilised after one of our prime contractors fell into liquidation 2 weeks into the project. FC were able to deploy an entire project team quickly, to pick up where the previous contractor had left off.

Their work to date has been professional and efficient. They have maintained their quoted deadlines, worked independently under their own supervision and met all requests of my engineering team, whilst maintaining up to 5 simultaneous work-fronts on my site.

FC have maintained clear and regular communication between myself and their senior management such that I was always up to date with their progress and planning. They have been safety conscious in all work, and I intend to use them at my next shutdown.

From my experience I would say that the team in the office was incredibly helpful in securing some labour for us at the last minute. While the team was onsite the office team also went out of their way to assist me any way they could.
